Good NEWS 

(From the 25/9/09, after a lot of effort to get the Aradipou Municipality to agree, our Association has the responsibility of the shelter and dogs are not put to sleep. They are taken care of by Members the Committee of Larnaca-Famagusta Association for the Protection of Animals and Birds (ACS) until they are rehomed- That is why we need volunteers to help us help these animals) Since the 25/9 (until 31/1/10) we managed to rehome 124 dogs.

Directions to Aradippou Shelter

Coming from Rizoelia Roundabout towards Larnaca take the first exit on the left. You will see a sign for a Pet Shop. Drive about 1km pass the Coca Cola sign on your left, pass the Star Pet Shop (green sign) on your left and take a left. Drive about 1km, pass under a bridge then you will see a sign for the Shelter.

these dogs were put to sleep by the Authorities of Aradippou Municipality mid September 2009:

There was a number of dogs at Aradippou Shelter that needed to be rehomed within the following two weeks..here were a few below..
